NOTES OF DARK CACAO, BROWN SPICES AND NUTS.

TATU is our medium-dark roast, comprised of 20% Ugandan Robusta and 80% RAB-15. 

We consider TATU our most 'old-school' coffee, as it provides an intense, spiced and well-rounded cup; without any present burned notes alike other dark roasted coffee.

brewing advice.

due to TATU having an intense, yet smooth, flavour. we highly recommend using it for extracting espresso. 

if you are a seasoned coffee drinker - and can handle intensity well - we also recommend drinking TATU as a ristretto, first thing in the morning. it makes a perfect early-morning livener.
