MOJA IS OUR LIGHTEST ROAST, comprised of RAB-15 variety cherries picked on the banks of lake Kivu, Rwanda. 

MOJA is fermented before being washed, which provides it with a distinct flavour with well-balanced acidity; resulting in a bright and fruity cup.

brewing advice.

due to it's complex and bright flavour, we find that MOJA is best suited for a drip brew.

we recommend using MOJA when brewing cold coffee  or mixing in a double shot of MOJA with a milk of your choice on ice for an incredible iced latte.
