MBILI is our medium roast by far our most popular. MBILI is comprised of Rwandan RAB-15 cherries, the same as our MOJA roast, except the flavour of MBILI are more developed. The further roasting of the beans turns the acidity into a mellow sweetness. We believe that the accessible flavours of MBILI make it the best roast for newcomers.

We believe that MBILI is the best suited roast for newcomers to drinking coffee. This is because the flavours of MBILI are balanced and suitable for a variety of brewing methods.
We recommend MBILI for espresso and all espresso based milk drinks. The vast majority of the cafés and bars that we supply use MBILI in their grinders.
