MAJI is our Anaerobic washed coffee from Rwanda. Pulped and then fermented for 48 hours in an oxygen free environment. This coffee has a lot of complexity with many different tasting notes.

brewing advice. 

This coffee we suggest you extract as an espresso, using 20G in and 42G out, extracted in 27 seconds for a delicate, complex sweet coffee.
