Flora, Citrus & Macadamia nuts

HEWA is our very special Anaerobic Natural from Rwanda. This coffee was produced as part of an experiment to push the boundaries of the flavour profile that can be extracted in your cup of coffee.

 

We lightly roast HEWA that was fermented in an oxygen free environment for 72 hours to bring our its unique character. HEWA also does not take a lot of water to process as its naturally processed making it environmentally friendly.

HEWA is that special cup of coffee that you make on a Sunday morning when you have time to brew an astounding Chemex or Kalita Filter.
