ASILI is our naturally processed light kenyan roast. this means that the coffee cherries are not washed with water to remove their skins, rather they are dried in the sun so that the skins can be easily removed.
due to the way in which it is processed, ASILI presents very sweet and mellow flavours.

similar to OSHA, we created ASILI with specialty coffee enthusiasts in mind.
we recommend brewing ASILI with a drip brewer. ASILI's sweet flavours also work well as cold brew and make the perfect summer coffee.
